Notti Osama, who was the brother of DD Osama was also an upcoming singer who was much into rapping. On July 9, 2022, Notti Osama got into a fight with a fifteen-year-old who was his music rival at 3 pm at the 137th Street/City College subway station. Notti Osama was stabbed during the fight and was quickly rushed to the Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital where he finally passed away.

The fifteen-year-old culprit has been in the custody since and has been charged to court for trial.
