Is A Haunting in Venice on Netflix?
A Haunting in Venice is the third Hercule Poirot movie starring Kenneth Branagh. Where will you be able to stream the movie when it leaves theaters?
Agatha Christie’s most infamous sleuth is back for another mystery. We’ll get to see Hercule Poirot back on the case, as there’s a death at a Halloween party. There is a change to the A Haunting in Venice book in the place. Rather than a Halloween party in the English countryside, Poirot will be in Italy.
There is something potentially supernatural about this murder mystery. After all, they are all in one of the most haunted places in Europe. Of course, Poirot doesn’t believe in ghosts, and he will figure out who the actual murderer—or murderers?—is.
Like all movies in theaters, this is sure to head to a streaming platform near you. The question is which one.
In some bad news, we’re not likely to see it come to Netflix. At least, not right away. A Haunting in Venice is a 20th Century Studios movie, which suggests that it is going to Hulu. Some of these movies have gone to Max in the past, so we’ll keep an eye out for that.
That’s not to say it will never go to Netflix. Within a few years, the licensing rights are sure to change and we could see it head to our favorite platform.
Kenneth Branagh is back as Hercule Poirot for this mystery. Like the other two movies, Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile, Branagh has also co-produced and directed the movie.
