Fitness instructor who competed as a fitness model. He was a 2013 Model Universe Champion. He was a QVC spokesman. In 2016, he published a book titled Fitness Guide 101: A No-Nonsense Approach To Getting Fit.

He played division one baseball and ran track for Iowa State University.

Trivia

He worked as a firefighter, an EMT and personal trainer.  He launched a personal training group called Firehouse Fitness. He battled severe shoulder and back injuries to obtain his physique. His YouTube channel has become a place for him to post workout videos, testimonials, and also some bloopers.
