Tom Hiddleston on getting naked for ‘Crimson Peak’: ‘I was happy to do it’

While I feel the brunt of the Mid-Atlantic Rainpocalypse today and throughout the weekend, many of the Dragonflies will get to enjoy Tom Hiddleston’s first-ever appearance on The Graham Norton Show. The show has been pre-taped and it will air tonight in the UK. BBC America has us on a one-week delay, so American Dragonflies will probably just have to look it up online. Shockingly, I can’t find any advanced clips online from the BBC. They’re keeping a tight lid on the Hiddles. The Hiddles is valuable!

Anyway, we already know the other guests – Tommy got to sit on the couch with his friend/mentor Kenneth Branagh, plus Robert DeNiro and Anne Hathaway. Hiddles was apparently fan-boying DeNiro about Heat, which to be fair is an excellent movie. DeNiro was game for it too, answering Hiddleston’s questions. Tom was asked (by Graham, I would guess) about dropping trou for Crimson Peak. Tom said: “I was happy to do it. In many of these situations it is the woman who is more naked and we wanted to re-dress the balance.” That goes along with what he’s said previously, that he took off his trousers for equality. Bless.

Update: THERE IS VIDEO NOW.
