Sandbox Ghana is a well-known beach resort which is located in the South Labadi Estates in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. The million-dollar beach resort is frequently visited by popular and influential personalities locally and Internationally.

The luxurious state of the resort has also served as a tourist site for American superstars, red carpet models and some other International acts.

The quest to know the owner of the million-dollar property, Sandbox Ghana has been a hard shell to crack since many other names keep flooding the media news due to a lot of controversies the resort has come with.

Nana Asante Bediatuo, who is a lawyer, consultant and Executive secretary to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo denied ownership of the resort when he was rumoured to be the owner.

A delegation from Abafum Djaase led by Aggrieved chiefs and people of La has also cautioned Nana Asante Bediatuo to stay away from their land which is around the Sandbox Beach Resort he has taken illegally.

If not actions will be taken against him. The leader of the delegation Jeffrey Tetteh made this known at a press conference in Accra.

Nevertheless, close sources and other reports have also stated that the wife of Nana Asante Bediatuo, who is by name Femi Adetola is extensively referred to as the owner of Sandbox Ghana which is located in the South Labadi Estates.

Stonebwoy and Davido’s Activate Party which happened at the Sandbox Beach Club is rumoured to have been hosted by the Sandbox Ghana owner, Femi Adetola who also doubles as a Businesswoman.
