Kim Zolciak gave birth to twins, girl Kaia Rose & boy Kane Ren Biermann
Kim Zolciak finally gave birth to her twins! This means that Kim has given birth to SIX children now – she has two teenage daughters (from a previous relationship) and now she has four little ones under the age of three. I guess people thought that Kim was having two boys or two girls, but she had one of each. And she’s already released the names too – the girl is named Kaia Rose and the boy is named Kane Ren. Kane and Kaia join big brothers Kroy Junior and Kash. Seriously. Those are the names.
Four kids under the age of two and a half — plus two teenaged girls! On Monday, Nov. 25, Kim Zolciak announced she gave birth to twins. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star welcomed her third and fourth child with husband Kroy Biermann; Zolciak is now a mother of six kids overall.
“We are officially the ‘Biermann Bunch’ now!” Zolciak wrote on Instagram. “Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!”
Zolciak, 35, and Atlanta Falcons defensive end Biermann, 28, married in November 2011, and are already parents to sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months. The Bravo star is also mom to daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from previous relationships. Biermann confirmed in July 2013 that he officially adopted Brielle and Ariana.
The couple decided to keep the genders of their twins a surprise until their birth. When a fan tweeted Zolciak that they hoped she would have two girls, the reality star wrote back on Nov. 20, “I just want two healthy babies!”
“It’s crazy 2 think I’ll be delivering 2 babies!” she tweeted that same day. “What a miracle! We r so excited & so blessed 2 have the best OBGYN he has delivered 3 of mine!”
Zolciak also posted a photo of her enormous bare baby bump at nine-months pregnant. “Sooooo with all the request I finally decided to post My baby bump today!” she wrote on Instagram Nov. 17. “The twins will here this month and we are soooo excited and I’m soooo over being pregnant! #countingdownthedays.”
That same day, the pregnant star tweeted, “Hubby just measured my belly OMG!!! 48 inches around!! And not ONE stretch mark!! I know stretch marks r genetics but I have some tricks!”
I used to think that poor Kroy didn’t know what hit him, but many of told me that Kroy and Kim actually seem to have a great relationship, and he seems to love being a dad. I think it’s sweet that he adopted her two older girls too. So, can they stop at six kids? Please? Because if they have one more, they’re going to A) have to change their name to “Duggar” and B) run out of annoying “K” names. Unless they want to name the future seventh baby “Kaiser”.
